Usually, when I bring home cookbooks from the library, I look through them and then bring them back.
I actually want to go and buy this one! I've already made 4 dishes from it! The basic curry sauce recipe is amazing. You make it, and then use it as the base for most of the other dishes in the book. The best thing about it, it makes enough for 4 meals, and you can freeze it for up to a month! LOVE it!!!
