This story takes places chronologically before the first one, though, as a heads up.

It's very short and sets up the next book in the series. It's a fun, sweet book, like others of Skylar Hill's books, but it's too short to really amount to much. This story focuses on Rhett and Nat. Rhett is a rugged mountain man, an idealist and lover of animals. Also very respectful toward women.

Nat is a A short, sweet read!

Nat is a country girl turned city girl, with a head for numbers and people that make her valuable in a big company. Each person has their own issues in this short, but only one has their issue resolved to any satisfaction, mostly because more will come in future books. Some of it in the first book. There is great chemistry between the two, and I'm very excited to see what happens between them in the next book.

Overall I liked this book. The characters are set up well, and having read the other book in the series, there is more to come. The writing, editing, and story were great, but there are still issues. One is the length. It's a set up story, but this really should be the first book in the series.

Not the second. It doesn't make a lot of sense. It would help the happily for now ending with regard to both characters. For a set up book, this is good, wetting your appetite for more.

All Wedding Dresses

If you just want a short, fun read, don't read it unless you're prepared to wait for the rest of the books in the series. It is fun, but not satisfying as a book on its own. If you like Skylar Hill's books, then you'll love this book. It has more of her signature writing, characters, woman-positive themes because rugged mountain men standing up to sleazeballs for the sake of a woman is my jam. Rhett is instantly attracted to Natalie and she feels the same but they both know nothing can come of it since they live on opposite coasts. Aug 24, Viper Spaulding rated it it was amazing. Natalie is a beautiful woman who has taken New York by the horns and she's not going to stop until she reaches the pinnacle of success. Rhett has carved out a peaceful wilderness slice of his family's corporate empire and he only concedes to attend the Black and White Ball in New York in order to solicit investors for his wildlife sanctuary.

On the surface these two couldn't be more opposite, but as they get to know each other it becomes clear they have a lot more in common than either of them t Natalie is a beautiful woman who has taken New York by the horns and she's not going to stop until she reaches the pinnacle of success. This story is a prequel, set in the time period immediately before All Worked Up begins, so if you've read that story you already know the direction Natalie's career takes. This story not only gives us a bit more insight into Purely Pleasure's New York life and Natalie's relationship with Carter with a short and sweet cameo by Maddy , but it also nicely sets the foundation for the next book that gives us the complete Natalie and Rhett story.

Skylar Hill is a rare author that can heat up the page with even the simplest gesture or look between her characters. She knows how to go beyond physical attraction to build a deep, emotionally-intense connection that delivers a much more satisfying relationship for her characters as well as a more satisfying story for her readers.

Financial ratio analysis is one of the most popular financial analysis techniques for companies and particularly small companies.

Ratio analysis provides business owners with information on trends within their own company, often called trend or time-series analysis, and trends within their industry, called industry or cross-sectional analysis. Financial ratio analysis is useless without comparisons. Companies even benchmark different divisions of their company against the same division of other benchmark companies. There are other financial analysis techniques to determine the financial health of their company besides ratio analysis, with one example being common size financial statement analysis.

These techniques fill in the gaps left by the limitations of ratio analysis discussed below. This may be contrary to everything you have ever learned. But, think about it. Do you want high performance for your company? Or do you want average performance? All business owners should know the answer to that one.

So benchmark your firm's financial ratios to those of high performing firms in your industry, and you will shoot for a higher goal. As for a limitation of ratio analysis, the only limitation is if you use average ratios instead of the ratios of high-performance firms in your industry. Use these to better work your ratio analysis.

Ever wonder why you always hear that balance sheets only show historical data? This is why. A balance sheet is a statement of a firm's financial condition at a point in time. So, looking back on a balance sheet, you see historical data. Inflation may have occurred since that data was gathered and the figures may be distorted. Reported values on balance sheets are often different from "real" values. Inflation affects inventory values and depreciation; profits are affected.

You can calculate all the ratios you can find from now until doomsday.
